Feature — Landed cost calculation
Know what a product actually costs you to land.
Record shipping, duties, customs, and any custom cost you want on top of the base product price — then choose exactly which ones should count toward the cost Procuro pushes to Shopify.
The invoice total was never the whole story.
Shipping, duties, customs, and one-off costs all add up before a product actually lands on your shelf. Procuro lets you record every one of them against a PO — and decide, cost by cost, whether it should count.
Choose which costs count
Record everything. Include only what belongs.
Every cost type has its own switch — recorded either way, but only pulled into your tracked cost if you turn it on.
Split evenly across the PO
One shipping charge, spread evenly across every unit you received.
A single shipping cost doesn't apply to just one product on a PO — it covers the whole shipment. Procuro divides shared costs evenly across every unit on the order, regardless of each product's individual price, so a $3 shipping cost adds exactly $3 to every unit's landed cost.
Reference only, if you want
Recorded in Procuro doesn't mean pushed to Shopify.
Turn a cost on and it flows straight into your cost adjustment — updating the cost and inventory value Shopify actually sees. Turn it off and Procuro still keeps the number for your own records, it just never reaches Shopify's cost field.
Stop guessing what a product really costs.
Record shipping, duties, and custom costs against every PO, and choose exactly which ones count toward your Shopify cost.
