What happens after my free trial ends?
You'll be charged for your selected plan once the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before then from your Shopify admin and you won't be charged anything.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time as your SKU count, location count, or PO volume changes: billing adjusts through Shopify's standard proration.
What happens if I go over my SKU or PO limit?
We'll let you know before you hit your plan's limit so there's no surprise. You can upgrade at any point and Procuro will prorate the difference automatically through Shopify billing.
How does Procuro AI usage pricing work?
Procuro AI is optional. No AI use means no extra charge. Every plan includes free AI lines each month: 30 on Starter, 50 on Standard, 100 on Pro, 250 on Enterprise, and 4,999 on Scale. Beyond your included lines, usage is billed per line: $0.05 on Starter, $0.04 on Standard and Pro, $0.03 on Enterprise for lines 251-750 and $0.02 from line 751, and $0.02 on Scale. You always see the cost before continuing, and manual and CSV purchase orders are never charged. During a free trial, AI use is capped at the plan's included lines (250 for Scale), never charged. Usage is billed through Shopify alongside your subscription.
What payment methods are supported?
All charges run through Shopify's built-in billing system, so any payment method your Shopify account already supports works for Procuro too.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on any plan. Install from the Shopify App Store and you can start creating purchase orders right away.
