Feature — Inventory forecast Beta
Every incoming order and every sold-out product, in one place.
The first release of Procuro's forecasting tools: a live, sortable view of what's on the way from suppliers, and what's currently sitting at zero. This is the foundation everything else — sell-through rates, reorder recommendations — gets built on top of.
The foundation for real reorder decisions.
Knowing what to reorder, and when, starts with actually seeing what's incoming and what's already run out — across every product and every location. This beta release covers both views. Sell-through rates, lead-time-aware reorder recommendations, and forecasting are built on top of this data next.
Incoming inventory
Every line item on an ordered-but-not-received PO, in one sortable table.
Any PO marked Ordered — accepted but not yet received — shows up here, broken down to the line-item level. Sort by any column: Product Title, SKU, Barcode, Current Inventory, Incoming Inventory, Anticipated Arrival Date, Incoming Value, Supplier, or Location Stocked At.
Current Inventory is scoped to the same location the incoming stock is headed to, so the numbers next to each other are always comparable — not a store-wide total sitting beside a location-specific incoming quantity.
Sold-out inventory
Everything currently at zero — and nothing that's already on the way.
This table excludes any product that already has incoming stock, so you're only looking at what actually needs a decision. Columns: Product Title, SKU, Barcode, Current Inventory, Location, Last Supplier, and Days Out of Stock.
One honest note on Days Out of Stock: it's tracked forward from the moment a product is verified going from in-stock to exactly zero. Products already out of stock when this feature launched show as not-yet-tracked rather than a guessed number — we'd rather show that plainly than invent a figure we can't stand behind.
Beta means this is still growing.
This release is the data foundation. Sell-through rates that correct for stockout periods, lead-time-aware reorder recommendations, and timeframe filtering are all actively being built next — see the full roadmap for everything in progress.
